SKILLED NURSING DEPARTMENT
Assistant Director of Nursing- Full-time Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, must be a Registered Nurse, have LTC experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, salary is $100,000 – $105,000
Registered Nurse Supervisor- Every other weekend, 7a-7p
Registered Nurse Supervisor- 7p-7a (2 days a week and every other weekend)
Registered Nurse Per Diem- make your own schedule, $44.00 an hour during the week and $46.00 on the weekend.
Licensed Practical Nurses – 12 hours shifts 7pm-7am in our Skilled Nursing. Rates $30.00-$33.50
Certified Nurse Aides Per Diem – make your own schedule and earn between $23.00 per hour during the week and $25.00 on the weekends.
Full Time Certified Nurse Aides– 7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, or 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p or 7p-7a
Part Time Certified Nurse Aides– all shift available
Candidates must be a licensed or certified in the state of PA and in good standing.

PERSONAL CARE DEPARTMENT
PC Aide
Experience as a Personal Care aide preferred , must be 18 years of age and completed a high school diploma or equivalent or be a certified nurse aide in the state of PA. All part time and full time aides work every other weekend and every other holiday. Must also have Direct Care Worker certificate or be willing to take online course before hire date. MED TECHS must have Medication Certification and DCW certification as well as a High School Diploma or GED.
Full Time PC Aide and MED TECHS– 12 hours shifts, 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am (36 hours weekly/72 hours bi-weekly) starting rates between $15.50-$17.50
Part Time PC Aide- all shifts available
HOUSEKEEPING
Full Time position, must be able to work 6:00am-2:30pm including weekends
BUS DRIVER
Part time position, various hours, must posses a valid Commerical Class B with passenger endorsement.
